edited: W00T i got it. Only on luck tho cause 2 guys were camping and one was looking or something and the other was helping a whm, who didnt need it, with a link. Any1 trying to get this gl cause it takes time. If ur just tryin to do the quest send a /tell and if u pay me 1mil or the give me the brown belt i will help u camp the nms.

Hah, you ask for ToD on this, and then when you get it you, First off dont tell the ToD yourself, and then you tell people 1 mill and/or give you a brown belt for it, pffft, shows what kind of person you are.

IF ANYONE KNOW TOD OF SHIVA LET ME KNOW and the respwsn time of stroper chime the slime that drop archer ring
Stroper no longer drops the Archer Ring..it is now a BCNM item. He now drops a Rare/EX ring similar to an Archer.
And Stroper now will spawn every 15 mins if placeholders are being killed in his spawn spots.

Damn , i am so unlucky , 1 st time i get on early from update and boom 15 people in the room. Obviously someone did get Morbolger , it wasnt me ; ; Hope tonight at 10 p.m GMT on Odin, that i get it . Its a bit late for me to get it , but better late then never.
Last night I began my crusade as THF52/RNG26/NIN26...
I went /RNG for Dodo, got the Skin.
Then I went /NIN for Nue, got that fang... after 2 Hours+...
Now I am in Ordelles Caves, AFK as RNG/THF, hoping to find spawn time...
If anyone on Valefor knows this, please send me a PM. My MNK is ready, and willing to continue mastering the arts of Hand-to-Hand!!! (@39MNK)

Killed Morbolger around 4:00 a.m. (central) on July 17th, Bismark server.
While I was camping him the previous night, trying to establish ToD, I snaked a Stroper Chyme from some GS and got an Archer's Ring on the 1st kill >< Since Morbolger's placeholder spawns every 10-15 mins I had just enough time to run from his camp to Stoper Chyme's, claim him or be out-claimed, and run back just in time for spawn.

I've recently been camping Morbolger for the past week, the last four days here are the TODs 12:37pm 12:30pm <b>5:52am</b> 5:20 that puts the respawn at roughly 18-24 hours :/ well good luck. and Ifrit, Morby died at 5:20 7/10/05

well i got him today and while waitin almost till the end of his window (21-24hr after ToD) i realized where his name comes from ^^ i find it kinda interesting:
in the past FF games these mobs were called Malboro (like the ones in pashow marshlands), at least in the english versions. i dont know bout japanese, but in the german versions of the games they were called Morbol.
this one here is called Morbolger, or - if you write it a lil different - Morbol-Ger, meaning they are called Morbol in german ;)
well lol be that as it may, now to the interesting part:
Server: Carbuncle, ToD: 20.06.05 - 15:55 GMT+1 ( = 9:55am EST = 6:55am PST)

Me (mnk55) and my budy (sam58) loged off in the Cave before maintenance. We decided to get on about 30 minutes before the end of the maintenance to try and log if it was over before time.
About 15 minutes before the said time, my friend got on and told me over Teamspeak that he could get in. While i was logging in, he saw the NM and tried to claim but some ~lvl60 whm claimed it. I finally get in and see the whm trying to kill it.
The whitemage couldn't complete any of his spells and finally sticks in sleep to take time to get mp and hp (big time mistake).
AT that moment i start spamming chi blast on it and about 5 seconds later it turns red because the whm lost agro.
No need to say we owned it and got the drop. I'm really sorry Highealer it was either me or the other monk ^^
Now answering previous questions :
-NM pops 21 to 24 hours after each death. Note that this is REAL TIME not game time.
-NM has a force pop, the stroper in the area will change nothing to the pop.
-Drop is 100% sure. Only drops one R/Ex vine. (and possibly the usual other vines)

Excuse me, but what is CST? Could i know the european translation time? And if, for example, it pop at 9.00 AM, it will be always the same or could change the time?
