I tried a few of these at 90 skill just to test it and didnt get anything. I found several sites (about 4 I think) that all say 85 cap. It's kind of frustrating because it would be good to skill on now and it makes no sense that you can craft with something you cant even make yet. I guess I'll work on chains or something else for now then.
i'm confused, i'm 79 smithing right now and looking for something to synth to bridge the gap for me to start on adaman ingots. Why are sheets capped at 85, but ingots at 91? All other recipe's sheets are usually 2-3 levels above ingot.

I think that Somepage is correct, and this page is wrong. Be careful if you plan on skilling on these at the level stated here.
If someone could give any input, it would be appreciated.
