Got this in BCNM 30 the the crawler thing. I forget his name, used cure III a lot and paralyze AOE version. He wasn't hard to kill the frist time (set the record of 7 mins on Remora) but the second time he killed the three of us. (RNG/NIN, RNG/NIN RDM/THF) our stratagy was all wrong, now we all got sleep bolts and just slept the hell outta him so he couldn't do anything. Worked well.
