Rank 10 windurst, 13k conquest points the npc won't even list it
I'm amazed you're rank 10 and you still dont understand how the CP NPCs work....
Its not sold because your nation is most likely in last place in conquest for the week. Some items are sold regardless to your nations rank, and for second rank and again first rank, more items are added to buy from each category (player's rank) from the NPC. I dont know if it is accurate but this page is saying that the dagger is only sold if windurst is ranked at least 2nd in conquest which would mean when you posted that, windy was in third.
