Then you turn them into someone that is in the town in that area. Not sure of their name.

2. Dhamal Saliva (droped by bull Dhamal's)
3. Blood Red Cape or something like that.

I have noticed (at least on the shiva server) that windurst is the most popular city for people... I was wondering if someone could possibly list the quest people, and areas, that windurst allegiance people have to visit?

*You need lvl 18 to activate the subjob quest.
*Items cannot be purchased or sold, each person can only get the 3 items once.
*Don't go solo to kill the enemies, they are for lvl 25+ (Get a party!)
*The damselflies like to mobs
*Ghoul really hard to find
*Snipers is the easiest
*Beware of the goblins!

No Selbina isnt, there another place by Winddrust except sorry to say i cant remember what it is called. You have to be 18 for that one too.

It is the absolute minimum level. Can't get a subjub before 18.

Is 18th level the absolute minimum level to activate the quest or merely a suggested minimum level.

The quest requires you to be a minimum of level 18 and the items cannot be purchased, they must be won from battle. Again, you cannot get the quest from the npc unless you are minimum level 18.
