I am nearing this cap quest...just wondering if I provide the kindred seals, or does the npc give them to you....and if u trade it to the wrong person, do they keep that seal, or does it return like most things when traded to wrong person or at wrong time?

You provide the seals. They won't keep the seal if you trade it to the wrong person. You should have more than enough seals by the time you ding level 61.
Not sure if this is common knowledge and I'm just stupid, but I just confirmed that you can level down to 60 while doing this and still finish it.
make sure you're playing your lvl 65 job when u try to start the quest. he wont give it to u as a 60 blm. lol ><

In order to activate the quest, you must be using a job between 61 and 65 (inclusive) when you talk to him. You don't need to be 65, but you do have to be at least 61.
I am new at this quest and havent even done renkei 3 but i see 32 NPC names does thins means i have to have 32 kindred seals?
No, Maat gives u 4 hints to 4 people, but he choses obviously from alot of people.

Nevermind, I found out which one this is. It's the boy in Southern SanD, Raminel, that is running back and fourth from the AH to a house.
"the kid who wants to work with monsters when he grows up" is near the HP in Mhaura , he's a young boy who calls beastmasters beesmasters. ~ Jikka-Abukka the little boy.

One of you said that "The man looking for something snappy..." is in Windhurst Waters, C-11. Problem is, there IS no C-11 in Windhurst Waters. I wandered for like 20 minutes before I realized this. Can anyone give some better directions?
It's been over a week, so you've probably found it, but there are two different maps for windy waters. The map with the exit to sar<tab> is the north map.
This guy is pushing my buttons! I don't know how much more I can take of this! This guy will probably die of Cancer! >.> Either way, I don't wanna do this, but it has to be done, so i can be lazy for later!

That sounds like the same clues a friend of mine just got... hrmm
I havn't gone there yet, but I think the "girl sick of being left out" was the mithra child lookout for the SOB in the tunnel going from windurst woods to the port.
