Got this from a Treasure Crate today with my LVL 8 MNK on Remora.

The item was probably named after the father of Icarus (whom the other TP wing was probably named after), both of the same myth.
Icarus and Daedalus were prisoned in the Labrynth, and to escape they built wings out of feathers and wax (hence the materials). Daedalus warned his son not to fly too close to the sun, or his wings would melt, and not to fly too close to the water, or he would fall in and die. However, Icarus didn't listen and flew too close to the sun, his wings melted, he fell into the sea and drowned.

Yes this is a Ballista only item, which makes this "unique" to say the least. Though the Ic. wing has "similiar" effects when taking, the TP effect on this is more comparable to a "meditate" than a Ic. Wings INSTANT 100% effect!
This one takes time to "use" and "charge" to 100%, so keep that in mind.

This thing give 100% TP WITHOUT the medicated after effect which would usually prevent you from taking another one.
But its only for ballista.

Sure wish somewhere had a full list of all the items available in Ballista. It would be nice to refer people to it who had questions on these....

Its not an HQ...these have the same effect though but are dug up in Ballista matches

Hmmm, I'm guessing that this is the HQ synth of icarus wing. Maybe it doesn't have such a long medicine effect and you can use another one sooner? Or maybe you get more TP?
