I can confirm, because I have done it many many times, that Giant Bird Feathers can be stolen from Axe beaks and Tabar Beaks.

Hi!,
In December I used to buy the Giant bird around 1800-2650, usually 2 stacks and empty guild shop.
also this Giant bird Feather, didn't show every time..
Not sure what trigger the avail of this item.
If someone knows let me know.
As bird feather, I understand is one every week, and only shows in certain day.. not sure if the same with this feather.
Also since the update of guild shops not sure if still listed or not.

This is a 92/94 cap Clothcraft (sorry, don't remember which) :/ If any clothcrafters on Valefor are near that high please let me know X/ I could use a lil help.
why isn't there a recipe for this listed anywhere?? or is it, but I just can't find it?? I'm sure that this should be a recipe: Wind Crystal + 2x Giant Bird Feather = 6 Giant Bird Fletchings. I know for a fact that giant bird fletchings exist, there's some up for sale in Jeuno right now, I'm looking right at them. I need to know what the cap would be on this recipe. anybody have any idea??

the recipe for Giant Bird Fletchings is: Giant bird Plumex2 + Wind crystal= 6 bags of giant bird fletchings. They cap at lvl 94 clothcraft ^^ hope this helps

Drops off peryton in valley of sorrow. I can confirm this since I had two in my inventory after fighting peryton until i sold them to the npc.

I got one from a Tabar Beak in Sauromugue on the first kill....
I've never killed any of these mobs in the mountains so I'm not sure what they drop.

Killed many jubjubs and Lizards only for about 2 hours in the Mountians. Not one Giant Bird Feather Dropped. I doubt it really drops from them unless someone can confirm?
The feather is dropped (and can be stolen) from Axe Beaks in Meriphataud Mountains. Jubjubs drop normal bird feathers.
