The forest and poison fungar in La thiene drop these like mad. The best level to be there is around 8-11 and they also drop sleepshrooms which are also valuable.

In East or West Ronfaure near Sand'Oria they are all over the place. You get them from Forest Funguar, or Wolves. I got 15 in less that an hour!

u can get the the drop from wolfs or u can buy them at the AH
