I can confirm without a doubt that the Goldsmithing cap on this synth is 25. I stopped skilling gold on this synth once I hit lvl 25. Also, the Wood cap is no higher than 16, probably less, because I got no wood skillups with my wood skill at 16.

ok is there a hidden effect Im not aware of? I just bought one and am using it to skill up and im getting Additional Damage effect for some reason. I didnt start getting it til I bought this.

Just want to say this synth have some unknown curse(like haku eye synth fail always loose all eyes)

I just recieved this recipe. Wise Owl says it is Smithing and Goldsmithing. I am 29 Smithing and 19 Goldsmithing. Here is the recipe:
Fire Crystal
1 x Brass Ingot
2 x Steel Ingot
1 x Mythril Ingot
1 x Holly Lumber
For all materials at Bastok AH price comes out to be 15.5k. Item sells in Jeuno for 23-24k.

After I posted this message I tried this 9 times. Eight failures and NO smithing ups. I did get .3 Woodworking up. I lost 1 Mythril Ingot, 1 Holly Lumber, 7 Steel Ingots and 1 Brass Ingot. I did have Smithing Advanced Imaging on. I don't think I am going to talk to Wise Owl for a while, I am so pissed at him.

yay!! i got the last one in jueno on bahumat server. it was 27 k which is 19k more then the Centurion's Axe. its a bit pricey for two more attack but it looks asome!! im the only person to have one of these as far as i can see. i got so many tells tellin me how asome i look with this grt axe and my full german armor. im totally pimped out and i couldnt have better items for my war.
