The Miraculous Dale  

Summary

Rakuru-Rakoru from the Orastery wants you to collect research data by defeating all the monsters recorded in the Data Analyzer and Logger EX (Dale).

Walkthrough

Talk to Rakuru-Rakoru in Lower Jeuno to start this quest. If you are lower that level 75, he will not give you the quest. He will give you a Data Analyzer and Logger EX and ask you to use it to collect information on the following notorious monsters:

• Black Triple Stars
• Blubbery Bulge
• Boreal Coeurl
• Boreal Hound
• Boreal Tiger
• Buburimboo
• Daggerclaw Dracos
• Drooling Daisy
• Gargantua
• Ixtab
• Jolly Green
• Shadow Eye
• Sharp-Eared Ropipi
• Tumbling Truffle
• Tottering Toby
• Trickster Kinetix

After you defeat each of the notorious monsters on the list, a message saying, "The relevant battle data has been recorded in your Data Analyzer and Logger EX," will appear in the chat log. The notorious monsters that appear in Nyzul Isle do not count. Any notorious monsters that you may have defeated prior to obtaining the Data Analyzer and Logger EX will also not count. If anyone in your party is doing the same quest, they will receive credit for the kill as long as they are in the same zone.

Once you have defeated all of the notorious monsters on the list and received confirmation from the Data Analyzer and Logger EX for each, return to Rakuru-Rakoru and he will give you 59,630 gil as a reward.
