This sells for 2k on Ramuh even though it's a HQ2 goldsmithing synth. I guess it's because all things you make with it are worth a lot less then the ingredients, so nobody makes any of them. Hence, moonstones aren't very usefull and therefor cheap.

Received a Moonstone from a coffer in Boyahda Tree.
You can get it in Kaftal Tunnel Coffer, and like three other coffers.
