Switchstix sits just inside the entrance to Castle Zvhal Bailey. He is here to upgrade any relic gear dropped in the various zones of Dynamis. His fee is always in Dynamis currency and he requires some materials only available from Dynamis itself, or crafted using materials that can only be bought using Dynamis currency (bought from the goblin NPCs sitting at the entrances to Davoi/Castle Oztroja/Beadeaux).
In other words, don't bother talking to him unless you're a regular Dynamis visitor with a LOT of money on your hands.
