Mine scorpions in Pal mines also drop the claw.

I always kill the scorpion, and all scorpion seem to drop scorpion shell and scorpion claw. See the mob related list and not area releted one, to know where it drop.

it can be gotten from maze scorpion in Shakhrami Maze in canyon. I got it many times.
