You may also obtain insect wings by killing Bumblebees in East and West Sarutabaruta.

The insect wing may be acquired from the Scarabs in East and West Ronfaure

I've also found 2 wings on the Scarab Beetles

I've gotten a few off of the Scarab Beetle myself. I think it's an uncommon drop though.
